E-Summit ’27, organised by E-Cell, MNIT Jaipur
What we collect
When you register we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, pincode, profession, school/college/organisation name and (optionally) who referred you. For team events we also record your team and its members. If your team submits a presentation, we store the file and its details.
Why we collect it
Only to run E-Summit ’27: to manage your account and registration, form teams, review submissions, and contact you about the events you registered for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.
School students
Participants who are school students confirm, when registering, that they have permission from a parent/guardian or teacher. We record this confirmation with the date it was given.
Who can see it
Your details are visible only to authorised E-Cell MNIT Jaipur organisers who run the event. Your team members can see each other’s names and email addresses. Presentation files are stored in a private Google Drive folder that only organisers can access.
Where it is stored
Account and registration data is stored in a secured database hosted on Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region). Emails are sent through Resend, and presentation files are stored on Google Drive.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to run E-Summit and related E-Cell MNIT Jaipur activities, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can view and update your details from your dashboard at any time. To ask for your account or data to be deleted, contact us.
